02Can I choose a preferred time?
Yes. The form includes the clinic’s morning and evening consultation windows, subject to availability.
03What should I bring to my consultation?
Bring previous prescriptions, reports, scans and relevant medication information when applicable.
04What are the clinic timings?
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM and 5:00 PM–7:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. Sunday is a holiday.
05Does submitting the form confirm my appointment?
No. The request should be confirmed by the clinic after reviewing availability.
